Inaccurate profile

If a credential, coverage claim, or review looks wrong, report it and we’ll route it to a reviewer. Verified badges are removed when a credential lapses or a firm is restricted.

Reviews & moderation

We preserve critical reviews under policy and do not allow a firm’s plan to suppress genuine criticism. Moderation decisions are auditable and appealable.

Safety concerns

Urgent safety issues follow a dedicated escalation path. For an emergency, contact local authorities first.
