Learn moreKnow what is missing, before the insurer does
Claim Health turns a stack of paperwork into a clear checklist. Every claim shows a completeness score and the single next action to move it forward, so you are never guessing what to do next.
- A completeness score for every claim.
- The next action spelled out in plain language.
- Documents sorted by category, ready to share.
- A timeline of every milestone, start to settlement.
Everything in one place, shared on your terms
A claim is a pile of photos, letters, estimates, and policy pages that usually live in five different apps. Adjusterio keeps them on one claim, sorted and searchable, so the night before an inspection you are not hunting through your camera roll and inbox. When you want help, you decide exactly what a firm can see, and you can take it back at any time.
- Policies, photos, estimates, and correspondence kept together.
- Message the firm helping you right on the claim.
- Invite a family member to view or help with a claim.
- Share a document only when you choose, and stop sharing whenever you want.
Understand the numbers before you accept
A first offer from an insurer is rarely the final word. Line the carrier estimate up against a public adjuster estimate to see the difference plainly, and use the free calculators to sanity-check a deductible, recoverable depreciation, or whether a public adjuster is worth it for your situation, all before you sign anything.
- Compare the carrier and public adjuster estimates side by side.
- See the variance made plain, not buried in line items.
- Free calculators for deductibles, depreciation, and fees.
- Plain-language guides for every common claim type.

Common questions
Trust, fees, and privacy, answered. See the full policyholder FAQ for more.
Is Adjusterio really free for policyholders?
Yes. Organising and tracking your claim, searching the directory, and using the calculators are all free. Adjusterio is funded by firm subscriptions, and we never charge property owners.
Do I have to hire a public adjuster to use it?
No. Many people use Adjusterio to manage a claim entirely on their own. If you decide you want professional help, you choose which licensed firms can see your claim and contact you, and you can stop sharing at any time.
Who can see my claim and my contact details?
Only you, anyone you invite, and a firm you explicitly connect. Firms in the directory never see your claim or contact details unless you share a request with them, and contact details stay hidden until a firm you chose accepts.
Does Adjusterio file or negotiate my claim with the insurer?
No. Adjusterio organises your claim so you understand it and can act on it. You, or a licensed public adjuster you choose, deal with the insurer directly. Adjusterio is not an insurer, a public adjuster, or a law firm.
What does a "verified" public adjuster listing mean?
It means a reviewer checked the firm’s licence against official records, and the listing shows the evidence and the date it was checked. Verification is never bought, and it is not an endorsement or a guarantee of outcome. Always confirm a licence and your coverage with your state department of insurance.
