Who can see my claim?
Only you, anyone you invite, and a firm you explicitly connect. Firms never see your claim unless you bring them in.
Can I manage more than one claim?
Yes. Each property or loss gets its own workspace, and My Claims keeps them separate and organised so nothing gets mixed up.
Can my spouse or a family member help?
Yes. You can invite a household member to view or help with a claim, while you stay in control of who has access.
What happens to my claim when it settles?
It stays in My Claims as a complete, dated record, including the outcome, so you always have the history if a question comes up later.
