No. Adjusterio is subscription-only. Firms pay for the workspace and listing tools, never per lead or per introduction.
Does paying more improve my verification or ranking?
No. Verification is evidence-backed and independent of any plan, and results are ordered organically. You cannot buy a badge or a higher placement.
Can I start for free?
Yes. The Free plan lists your firm once it is verified and lets you receive consented requests at no cost.
How does billing work, and what is the annual discount?
Choose monthly or annual billing. Paying annually costs about 20 percent less than paying month to month. Live payments run on Stripe, with access granted from the signed webhook rather than the redirect; that billing integration lands with the billing phase.
What is actually included in the workspace?
The paid plans are a full operating system for a firm: a claims CRM from lead to settlement, Claim Health, document management, estimates with carrier-vs-PA comparison, a financial ledger, policyholder messaging, and, on Growth, a findings review queue, scoped access grants, team and office management, and analytics.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing period, and your listing stays as long as your credential is valid.
What is a seat and an office location?
A seat is a team member who can sign in to your workspace. An office location is a distinct business address on your listing. Each plan includes a set number of both.
Do property owners pay to use Adjusterio?
No. Searching the directory and sending a consented request is always free for consumers.
What happens if my license lapses?
Your verified badge is removed and your firm is excluded from search until the credential is active and re-checked. Billing is kept separate from verification status.
