What a verified badge means
When you see a verified badge, a reviewer has matched the firm’s credential to the official state regulator’s record. We show exactly what was checked, in plain terms, so you can confirm it at the source before you reach out.

How verification works
Four rules keep the badge meaningful, for the people relying on it and the firms that earn it.
What we check
The legal name, the license number, the credential status, and the issue and expiration dates, matched to the official state regulator source. The date we checked it is recorded on the profile.
What a badge does not mean
A badge is not an endorsement, not a rating of service quality, not a guarantee of a settlement, and not a government affiliation. Always confirm current status with your state regulator before you hire.
Payment never buys trust
Adjusterio is subscription-funded and never charges per lead. A plan cannot change verification or ranking. If a credential lapses or a firm is restricted, the badge is removed and the firm leaves search.
Ranking is organic
Results are ordered organically. Firms cannot pay for placement or for a verified badge, and ranking never replaces an eligibility or verification check.
You stay in control
Finding a firm never means losing control of your details. Sharing is consent-first and reversible, and firms are kept strictly apart from one another.
- You choose up to three firms who may contact you about a request.
- Your contact details stay hidden until a firm you named accepts.
- Withdraw consent at any time and sharing stops.
- Each firm sees only its own enquiries, never another firm’s.
