Estimate Analyzer

See the carrier's estimate and the public adjuster's estimate side by side, with the variance made plain. Understand where the numbers differ before you accept a payout.

Two estimates, one clear comparison

Insurers and public adjusters often reach very different numbers for the same damage. The Estimate Analyzer lines them up so the gap is obvious, with the difference shown as a single figure you can act on.

  • Carrier total and public adjuster total, side by side.
  • The variance shown clearly, not buried.
  • Line items kept with each estimate for context.

Know before you accept

A first offer is rarely the final word. Seeing the comparison helps you ask the right questions, and gives a licensed public adjuster a clear starting point if you bring one in.

  • Spot a low first offer for what it is.
  • Bring documented numbers to the conversation.
  • Hand a clear comparison to the professional you choose.

The numbers that make up a fair settlement

A settlement is more than one figure. Keep the estimates, the deductible, recoverable depreciation, and expenses in view together, and use the free calculators to sanity-check each piece before you sign anything.

  • Deductible, depreciation, and expenses in one place.
  • Free calculators to check each number.
  • Nothing conflated into a single misleading total.

Common questions

Does this tell me what my claim is worth?

It shows the difference between estimates you provide. It is an organising and comparison tool, not an appraisal, and not insurance or legal advice.

Who prepares the public adjuster estimate?

A licensed public adjuster you choose. Adjusterio helps you compare it to the carrier figure; it does not write estimates for you.

What if I only have the insurer’s estimate?

You can still record it and use the calculators to pressure-test the numbers. A side-by-side comparison becomes possible once you have a second estimate from a public adjuster.

Why are the two estimates so different?

Differences usually come from missed damage, lower unit prices, or depreciation applied aggressively. Seeing them line by line helps you understand, and question, the gap.

Is the Estimate Analyzer free?

Yes. Comparing estimates and using the calculators is free for policyholders.
